Carl Smith is an amazing person. Carl is THE expert in welding technology in the West Virginia region. Carl is Kanawha Manufacturing Company’s Quality Manager. In addition, Carl teaches welding technology at WVU-Parkersburg, and sits on the Education Committee of the American Welding Society (AWS).
